We use google forms to collect submissions for a youth film festival. We need to collect permissions from parents of the filmmaker and any youth appearing in the film. How can you use google forms to collect the email of the parents, automatically email them to request giving permission, then keeping their email response as evidence and as the final step necessary to complete the form?
