I noticed that at the end of one of my text forms there is an eye crossed out, and an email address on the

right side. Not shared in parenthesis and switch Account in blue text. Below is Required in red with an

asterisk. Why does this appear in my Google form in Preview? Is this so that Google can collect/save

information about my Google form? Great video
