14:30 So David Weatherly in his book on Alaskan cryptids mentions that there's sabretooth tiger reports, but that these reports have basically no sources and are just friend of a friend type stories. Chad Arment also wrote to author John Warms heard stories from Native Alaskan elders. According to Warms they would occasionally mention "hunters with knives for teeth", presumably saber tooth tigers

Megalodons likely had their pups in warm coastal waters, where they could avoid deeper waters with bigger predators than them. Their young were much bigger and their whole body shape is completely different from the known sharks that are constantly being spotted and filmed in shallow waters. No baby megs = no adult megs.

Can't wait for the Mammoth video. It's sort of a perfect storm remote geography and an animal that's just not that far back chronologically, compared to, say, plesiosaurs or sauropods. Mix in the Jack London short story, some frozen mammoth corpses and the Wrangell island mammoths, and boom, off to the cryptid rodeo

Also another thing about european bison: We helped them a lot with breeding. In fact they're still closely watched animals and there's population kept isolated for purpose of breeding, at least in poland. Not sure how it looks in belarus. In fact there were no wild bisons after the war if im not wrong(and we even mixed them a bit with american one for genetic diversity)

I feel like a good video idea would be a list of creatures thought to simply be a cryptid, but eventually confirmed to be real. Idk how much material there is there, as I can only think of the colossal squid, but it could be a cool video.

Fantastic video, approaching cryptozoology with a healthy amount of skepticism and most importantly, accurate science. I love a good cryptid as much as the next guy, but I also look for the crypto enthusiasts who will level with you about the reality of these legends. And you demonstrated both.
