I have a Japanese vita and the X and O swap works but my Adrenaline psp still has O as confirm and X as back, is there an adrenaline plugin that will swap them?

I have a Problem with the VitaDB Downloader when i open it it install the ShaRKF00D, it open shorty and then closes automaticly. when i try to open the Vita DB app the same Progress starts again. Need Help pls

Can you help with the sharkfood?because when I try to use vitadb its goes to that and brought out sharkfood and doesn’t run, so then I got auto plugin and sharkbreed and still it doesn’t work
