The purpose of this video is to let people know that even permanently hacked PS VITA can still be brought back to stock firmware.
This video can be used if you are selling your vita. or if the Jailbreak process is messed up or failed, you need to bring Vita back to stock firmware and redo the jailbreak process from fresh.
This video is just for someone who needs to perform those kinds of tasks not to encourage people to remove jailbreak.
I love all my PS Vita getting jailbroken. It's still a fantastic device in 2023 and even 2024.

I hacked my vita many years ago and been out of the loop so not sure if new hacks work on my previously hacked vita or if there is a risk of bricking. Getting back to official and then starting again could be the way to go. Thanks for this.

I bought a modded ps vita and some games did not work. I redownloaded everything and decided to just reset the system and do it myself. This helped out alot

Can I do this same process on my hacked ps vita fat with the ux0 pointed to the external micro sd card? Or do I need to do anything else in the middle before?

It happened to me when I put my 4 pin pass code. I tested it myself if somebody guessing or I forgot the pin code, and it was forced to restore everything. After restored, I lost my cfw, "Oh $#!+, I gonna be careful next time, rule #1, don't reset PS Vita! And rule #2, no security code!"

I jailbroke my Vita 2-1/2 years ago. I gave up on it when I messed up a firmware update for the jb I was using. I just so happened to stumble across it while cleaning and as I sat down for a break and opened YouTube, another one of you're videos
