What is the Kingdom of God? Why did Jesus talk about it so much?

The Kingdom of God in the "Now" sense (i.e. the "Now and Not Yet" period we are currently in where the kingdom of God has been inaugurated with Jesus' life, death, and resurrection but it will not be fully completed on earth as it is in heaven until Jesus comes back again to make all things new as it says in Rev. 21:1-5), is asking what would God have me do in this situation? Or asking, how would God run the show if he were in charge here? So the kingdom of God comes whenever what God wants, actually happens.

The Kingdom of God is within you, amongst is merely to confuse, humans need to look no further than themselves when seeking the Kingdom of God. I'm sure you remember, this little light of mine. So so close my friend, keep seeking the kingdom. When a believer lays hands on the sick and they are healed, when a believer drives out a demon, this is the manifestation of the kingdom. The violent take the kingdom and manifest it on the earth by force. Gives us some idea of how the Holy Spirit is dealing harshly with our enemy when this happens. Jesus says if he drives out a demon by the finger of God then the kingdom has come upon you.

Great explanation! Indeed your are right about the GENERIC meaning of the Kingdom of God:
1.) God as King
2) Redeemed People who are the subjects to the King
3) God's rules or laws
4) God's reign over his redeemed people - when the laws are obeyed by God’s subjects.

Above describes the SPIRITUAL & INVISIBLE KINGDOM OF GOD (the Church) which we are invited to enter and be a member in the here and NOW.

However, God promised a visible eternal kingdom in the New Heaven and New Earth where righteousness and immortality dwells (2 Peter 3:13) and where death, sickness, sorrows, pain, sin, hunger, thirst and mortal humans do not exist (Rev. 21:4 & 27, Rev. 22:3 & 15). This promise eternal kingdom are for those who enter the spiritual and invisible kingdom (the Church). This will happen in the future when Christ returns.

In this promised kingdom, PHYSICAL REALM OR DOMAIN is added as the fifth elements. It is in the New Heaven and New Earth.
