Just got my braces last night. I had overbite and after kinda 5 hours later one of my lower bracket broke cause of my upper teeth. Couldnt get fixed asap since today the clinic closed till 3th July due to covid uprising cases. My dentist said it's okay till 2 weeks visit later.

I broke one of my bracket today first time after 3 month since my treatment started... I called my dentist one hour ago and he fixed my appointment tomorrow morning. I have an important question. Say the very last bracket in the back of your mouth is loose on the tooth but still on the wire, will that delay treatment even though the bracket is on the very end?

Nobody ever says anything about brackets not adhering well to crowns. I was flossing and one of the top back brackets came off the crown, this after only having the braces for exactly a week. This also happened on the same tooth a few hours a week ago when I got the new braces. So in my case it wasn't eating anything that caused it. It was flossing.

Next appointment isn't until October 2 and the wire isn't rubbing so I'm gonna try and wait until then to have this repaired AGAIN. also going to change up how I floss. And by the way, I'm 60 years old and just got braces lol
