At this point, Levy is on Magnus’ channel so often, he should make his own

Think this could be a really interesting concept especially at a lower elo

This idea of stockfish hint system, actually sounds fantastic. There can be tournaments where IM or FM's can face GM's with limited number of engine hints and the less hints you use more points you get.

This goes to show that - as was previously suggested - OTB cheaters would only ever need one or two prompts in a game to outclass their opponents

Kaspavarov in his book How Life Imitates Chess already referred to "powered chess" in which players received help from computers, in fact he held the first championships of this type in the 80s and 90s...

It's an interesting game mode idea. I have a few ideas.
Either you get 3 lifelines that play the best move for you, or it works like a game show and you get different "power ups" that you get to use.
1. Best move. Plays the best move for you (1 use)
2. Eval bar. Will show the evaluation bar before you play your next move (1 use)
3. Highlight. Stockfish highlights the piece that makes the best move. (2 uses)
4. Blunder check. If your next move swings the evaluation into your opponents favor, stockfish will undo it for you. (3 uses)

The exact numbers could use tweaking I'm sure, but stockfish _assisted_ chess sounds like a very cool idea, and could actually be a niche tool for teaching newer players how to think like an engine. Obviously not perfect, but it might be a more engaging way for players to play with an engine without the unethical ramifications of an unfair advantage.
