Soup dumplings are similar to khinkali dumplings in many ways the bigest difference is the way you cook them because khinkali dumplings are cooked just like in the video

So I make ramen with soup dumplings and the trick is put them in when you drop the ramen. There has to be enough soup so it’ll fully cook the ramen, but you let the dumplings sit on top and half way through drop an egg.
