They are very good! I bought a bag of frozen dumplings at Costco, non were stuck together. What kind of sauce did you put on them at the end?

I am a little confused about the amount of water to put in the pan. In one video they said 1/4 inch, in another they said 1 1/2 inches and on the Pho Dumpling Bag it says 2-3 inches. If I put that much in the pan the dumplings would be covered in water as the Mila bamboo dumpling basket is only about 7/8 of inch from the bottom of the pan

What do you do when all the dumpling are frozen together in a large bundle? Can't get them apart without damaging the dumplings, which results in loosing all of the soup. After paying over $100 for this dumpling kit I'm very disappointed.

The directions on bag says 8 minutes. Using a regular steamer, doesn't say to cover them either. Geesh. Should have had pasta.
