I wonder why she didn't arrest him and charge him with "Doing something a cop doesn't like." I have never seen that law in any set of local, state, or federal statutes, but it obviously exists everywhere, since all cops/departments stop people for that act. I wonder how many times a judge has said, "Mr./Mrs X, you have been found guilty of doing something a cop didn't like, and the punishment for that which I am now handing down is..." It must be in the millions.

As a lawyer, can you explain how it's possible that the US still suffers from a complete incompetent police force? Here in Europe cops tend to get a long academic schooling before they're given guns. 95% of all vids of US cops are showing a complete lack of proffesionalism.
