Специально покупаю мясные продукты в небольшой мясной лавке рядом с поселком. Да, дороже, чем в супермаркетах. Но я уже знаю хозяина и продавцов и хочу, чтоб их бизнес жил и процветал. Баранину возят из Дагестана. Говядину и свинину из соседних областей. Куры -Белоруссия. Изумительные котлеты и голубцы делает. Надо обязательно поддерживать такой бизнес. Иначе скатимся до глобальных стран, торгующих пластиковой картошкой и таким же мясом.

О, напомнили.Мы даже зимой в 25 градусный мороз выезжали в лес на шашлык.Мариновали ведро мяса, брали миску салата, картошку запекали на костре, когда шашлык жарили.В машине раскладывали кресла, и, накрывали стол.Знаете, что, в этом самое великолепное?Пьешь водку и не пьянеешь, в мороз.Это было здорово!!!Надо повторить🤣Колбаски это вкусно, но, не шашлык.
