I love hydrogen peroxide. It’s my go to for small cuts, I used to be a chef and would get lots of cuts all over my hands and couldn’t stand to touch people’s food like that so would nightly use the peroxide, also for ear cleaning and acne. I wouldn’t use it for an area that big

As a teen, I had a bad friction burn from a Jack Russel pulling a 100ft extension leash the full length against my arm. It started to get infected but I had learned that peroxide wasn't recommended.

So I used Rubbing Alcohol.

To be fair, it did treat the infection, and healed fine once I came to on the floor and bandaged it.
