Cooking Turkish Dinner Live! 3 Course Meal In An Hour

I am cooking 3 course Turkish menu for dinner live from my home in Istanbul. On the menu we have "Sulu köfte" Kofta ball with potatoes stew, "Şehriyeli Pilav" Rice pilav with orzo pasta and "Tarhana" Soup, (made with fermented soup mix)
