How it is made?

- The egg was cracked open by using a knife. Once you take off the shell, you will see: A white egg and a yolk.

- Pour a cracked open ostrich egg into a large bowl (metal).

- The white egg can be poured as you hold a yolk so it won't go to the next metal bowl.

*Warning!* Mishandling of ostrich egg can cause the egg to fall and can crack into pieces, revealing the yolk.

I've eaten ostrich egg and honestly I find no difference with chicken, goose, or quail egg, except the size. The nutritional value is also different, but I can't taste the difference. It's nice. 4 or 5 meals with one egg is a bargain. You can easily feed a family with one egg.
