You don't torture POW for one single reason, the better they are treated the more of them will surrender.

There is a difference in how Ukraine shows the world how they are treating their POWs and how they are actually treating them, this applies to every nation especially the US. The unspeakable things that happened in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo bay were only uncovered by WikiLeaks, though the unfortunately the head of Wikileaks had been arrested for ''treason'' which really means exposing US warcrimes.

I guess you didn't see the video where a Russian surrendered and Ukraine drone dropped two bombs on the man leaving his guts and groin smoking burned and ripped apart. Edit I'm Ukrainian I'm just pointing the truth war is brutal and in war all emotions turn to rage. I just want to see the media report on the actual reality of things. Not sugar coat how merciless at times of complete rage and desperation war can truly be.

War is war.. you generally don't treat prisoners like a guest at the 4 seasons. No matter what side you're on, pow's are not going to be treated well.
