*Majority of the viewers in this video are programmers watching this to know what a programmer's life is actually like*

What I like most for being a programmer is when you see your own program runs smoothly with actual data. It's very rewarding.

"me and my girlfriend"- already vastly inaccurate

In my case, everything is almost similar except that girlfriend's part!!😂

This is like, my ideal life. All the freedom to do things at your pace, and the need of doing some kind of sports and enjoy the view of life while crying to bugs and server errors. Imagine a life like this, it encouragss me so much.

Despite the humor, this is probably the most accurate day in the life of a programmer vid I've ever seen. And, no, I don't think you were being overdramatic about how bugs defy all the laws of the universe 😂

I was so ready for you to be one of those "I wake up at 7am" people and was preparing to feel bad about myself, but then you said "roundabout ... Whenever I want" and bleeped out the time 😂 very relatable and accurate so far

“I kinda wake up whenever I want”
Me, who stays up all night and wakes up at 3pm:”shit maybe I can get a job in programming”

Honestly, this looks so much better than working 8 hours a day straight, then barely being able to pay the bills

My girlfriend and I have a 10 - 20 minute habit we participate in together before we go to bed. It really helps us sleep so well 😴

If I meditate for 10 minutes before bed I will fall asleep while sitting. Actually, if I meditate at any point for 10 minutes, I fall asleep.

I am a Software Engineer, I've been doing this for almost 12 years now! I enjoy it a lot, and your video is making me itch to do some programming (now ... it is 8 mins before mid night now) hehehe

I too formed habbits. Like ordering mecdonalds, watching trash anime before bed, and avoiding brushing my teeth. I mean it hasn't worked out in the sense that it does anything positive for me, but I got the habbits down!

I was so intrigued about the last part about habits that it’s sounds like such an awesome idea 😮 wow

I 100% support the 16/8 fast. I went from 270 lbs down to a comfortable 190ish (190kg down to 86kg). I tried just fasting first and taking small walks. The walks became longer and longer. Then I started doing pushups each walk in sets of 10 to get my heart pumping. I walked as fast as I possibly could to keep my heart rate up but walking wasn't enough so every time I would feel myself recover, I'd immediately do another 10 pushups. I got to 100 pushups per 2 mile walk and then started jogging the same route and doing pushups in predetermined spots on my route. I started jogging longer and now I'm up to doing my routine twice a day with a total of 8 miles jogging and 400-500 pushups of different styles (diamond, wide, etc.).

Never went to the gym during my entire weight loss journey and I feel great. I love my body and can actually take off my shirt without complete embarrassment washing over me. Lost my beer keg gut, strengthened my core A LOT, and toned my muscles. I have broad shoulders so I'm absolutely blown away by how I look. I was always the fat kid from elementary school and stayed fat, miserable, and had no self confidence until I was 25 and decided to do something about it. I have my Dad to thank for all of this because he was a bodybuilder back in the day and when I told him I was nervous about getting a gym membership and going he told me about the pushup/walk/jog routine and said I didn't need one if all I wanted to do was get in shape and lose my gut. You don't need a gym to lose weight!

16 hour fasting, 10 minutes meditation and reading?! Sounds like ramadan to me, I do that for a month every year, it would start after one month
