Im fine at home. Fine when driving, but in a parking lot, sanctuary at church, or large retailer, i feel drunk and very off balance. No headache pain at all. No room spinning. Just feel very off balance. Topamax is really helping. MRI and other tests are clear. Going on 9 months of this hell.

After 4+ years, 5 ENTs, months of, 2 sinus surgeries, physiatrist + therapy, audiologist tests, vestibular therapy, a neurologist and multiple medications, we came to the conclusion of vestibular migraine by process of elimination to say the least. With a certain medication my symptoms have improved by 70% but have not given up on potential better solutions. Please reach out if you’d like to connect
