Go to Settings, tap Connections then tap Wi-Fi. From here, tap on the network you're currently connected to. Tap the gear-shaped icon to the right of the network. Your IP address will be displayed here, but go to the bottom of the screen and tap Advanced, then tap IP Settings.

Didn't work. Is my router the problem?? Its connected to another router and provides Wifi, but not to another router connected by cable, certainly not my PC connected to any of them in Ethernet cable either.

I know how to fix it! Reset your PC (PC RESET) Then KEEP MY FILES, it will Only DELETE your apps
