Thank you -soleved my issue, . Have a new desktop and was transfering files via direct ethernet link. I had changed the IP settings.Changing it back to autimatic detedtion solved my issue.

Ci updated the network adaptor but unfortunately I regretting for doing that, now the network ethernet showing ip configuration not having valid ip

I tried everything, i resetted network every single step. Even resetted the router. It seems many are happy and i am also happy that it helped them. Keep it up man, i just hope i can fix it to :*)
