I'm a simple guy from Poland, when I see Hungary, I press like

My Grandfather once examined the hungarian crown (he is a well known jeweller, and a metallurgist), he and his colleauges examined the crown with a metallurgist point of view.

Way back during an escape, the crown is dropped and sepped on acceidently, (they put it in a metal crate) the cross get a hit, and bend the top plate (the dent in the cross is visible, on the other side because someone in a previous examination putted back the wrong way).
I try to answer remaining questions.

In my opinion the hungarian flag is ok, however the versions with the coat of arms on them just looked so much cooler. I understand that they want to show that they are no longer a monarchy, but the First Hungarian Republic (1918-1919) just took away the crown and it still looked super cool. Why not just reuse that flag? Just my opinion though.

I've got the Hungarian flag with the coat of arms hanging on my wall. I've owned it for half a year now, and I still find new things in that damn crown

It's so funny to hear someone speaking hungarian without a dialect. I am hungarian, and I know some letters are just wtf (like ly = y in english, s = sh in english, gy = something like dy, and I could continue), but still makes me happy, that people try it :D
