1.) Power off the phone
2.) Hold Vol+, Bixby and Power at the same time

This method DOES work:
You can also use hardware keys to perform a factory reset.
1) Turn off your phone,
2) Then press and hold the Power/Bixby key and Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key. Release the keys when the Android mascot appears.
3) When the Android system recovery menu appears, use the Volume Down key to select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset"
4) Press the Power/Bixby key to proceed.
5) Select Yes and proceed again.
6) When the factory reset completes, select "Reboot System Now"

As of 20.15Hrs on 27th June 2020 this does work.
