LG Stylo 6 Hard reset and factory data reset

I tried a lot of videos already. But this seems to give the clearest instruction. Thanks. Just found an old lg stylo 6 in my cabinet and cant remember the pw. Did the instruction and it helped. 👏🏼👏🏼

How do you turn phone off if its locked and ask for password to shut off

I'm trying to do a hard reset on the same LG phone it's a it's a Metro stylist 6. Everything works but then when I'm trying to start up the phone it's asking for the old Google account so like it doesn't completely wipe everything because it's still knows like that it had an owner and it wants that Google like I can't put my Google account in?🤔
