Not working for me .... simply fails to show an Android logo, skips onwards and eventually boots up phone as normal

Doing a restart rather than turning it off completely works better. Just after starting restart press volume up, bixby, power buttons together.

Buenas tardes amigo, tengo esta duda que me impide hacer este proceso, mira: Tengo un 10 liberado, era de la compañía T-Mobile USA, ahora lo tengo en una red de México, ahora la cuestion, Si hago este Hard Reset, se iliminara por igual mi liberación y volvera a hacer parte de T-Mobile, o simplemte ya no podre utilizarlo en México, o el Hard Reset no afecta a las Liberaciones?, seria de mucha ayuda tu respuesta
