Hey #BreakupBrad, my girlfriend just end our relationship of 6.5years because she felt she's losing interest in me, thinking her intensity of love in this relationship is decreasing and importantly she lied to me many times, went for parties with opposite gender, groups, used to talk in late nights with a guy working in same office, flirting with him, but she denied that she feels anything for him. I really don't resonate with this advice. initially yes I wanted her back after she left me 31 days ago, but I'm using no contact to work on myself not to get her back. She seems to have dismissive avoidant attachment style while is was secure however I began to ack slightly anxious. we are not connected on social media, don't have similar friends so I have no idea if she is missing me at all as I have not heard from her. I was going to reach out in a few weeks between (45-50 days no contact) but starting to feel strong enough to not bother. Break up was good she ended it an all I said was that ill miss you and good luck, cold.

Me and my ex had been broken up but still in contact with each other and still seeing other. He’s been hot and cold I would call him and text him and both was ignored and when you would finally respond and or call me back and act like nothing.
