How we built these wardrobes

A quick run through of a large bespoke wardrobes project - 3 sets of 3-doored shaker style wardrobes with internal drawers, shelves and hanging.

Good job guys. With making the door have you tryed cutting the hole then using a rebate cutter instead of having to add beeding just a thought never tryed it that way. When you have your cnc up and running you could do that with a few passes and drop the panel in from the front Or back.

Hi Alastair when you fit concealed hinges on your mdf doors do the screws hold in the mdf ok? Presumably I wouldn't be able to screw the mounting plates onto an mdf cupboard it would need to be ply?

I’m sorry if I’m missing an obvious point but I was wondering why you’d use 22mm material for the doors when the carcasses are made of 18mm? Plus 6mm panels on top which would make them 28mm in total. I’ve probably got it all wrong but I thought I’d ask. Thanks and have a good Sunday.

How do you decide when to use painted mdf and when to use melamine chipboard? Always chipboard for the carcasses and mdf for the doors and shelves?
What machine do you use to spray paint? Im using a roller and cant always seem to get the smooth result I would like.

Do you have a video of making the doors. If heard you right, you said plunge saw into 22mm and then fit a 6mm panel which is then beaded to hold it in place. Do you have video on your channel showing this. Great idea.
