How's the piece hiding the socket held in? How do you remove it if needed? I've got a socket somewhere similar and trying to think of ways to block the sides off but also access the socket if needed.

did you remove the baseboard and carpet before the built in? I don't see a base platform so am curious how to make it sit flat to the back wall. Thanks

For that built-in look, your narrow mdf plate, you just glue it to the little pieces of wood?

Did you use 3/4 inch MDF (medium density fiberboard) for the very top the units? Also, you mentioned you would explain why you left a gap in top piece, but you didn't address it.

How did you attach the cabinets to the closet? Doesn't it shift around?

How did you secure the blocks at the sides of the wardrobe? Screwed it in from the inside? Or glue?
