Regular VS dry-aged steak: Which one tastes better?

We're used to eating regular steaks on various fine-dining restaurants in Qatar but have you guys tried feasting on a dry-aged piece of succulent meat? The ILQ team was privileged to become Astor Grill Doha's guest for a day and we were happily-served by steaks that are not just tender and juicy but also one-of-a-kind as they were cooked in a completely different way!
