Patient Knows Best – helping patients and NHS

The patient held record Patient Knows Best is used by 4 million people in the UK, having started in 2009 in a handful of hospital departments. Founder and chief executive Mohammad Al-Ubaydli explains how it works – and describes how it improves care and creates cash savings for the NHS.

Mohammad was speaking at the first Health-Tech Innovation Leadership Exchange, which brought together leaders from the nine countries of the Nordic and Baltic regions.
