What you need:
1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
Optional:
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

How to make it:
1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
2. Mix all ingredients & spread thinly into two circles on a parchment lined sheet.
3. Bake for 20 mins, take them out, let it cool, add your favorite fillings & enjoy!

Pro tip: Mixing the mozzarella in will ensure the taco shells hold properly 👍

I added taco, garlic and onion powder to the mix. Yummy. You can also add Italian seasonings, garlic and three blend of cheeses to the mix. To eat as "garlic" bread with Ravioli's, pizza, spaghetti. Enjoy. 😉
