Hi Erin, I am doing this one every day and it has done wonders. I’ve lost 4 kgs combining this with intermittent fasting and my stamina has gotten really good too. You really need to make more of these ❤

I found this channel at some point last year and laughed at myself for even finding it-no go at the time. A year and nine 5ks later, I found you again. Not only that but I started this up, and by the time you were base pacing us for the second time saying no more walking intervals...I almost left again but something in me said, "Let's just see how far I can get." By the near end I was telling myself, "I did it all I'm just not feeling spicy" but once you said let's go, I had to "try the spice" and I DID IT!!! Thank You, Jesus for bringing me this far!! I'm wondering now about a half marathon in my 40 year old future. I was working (with my shorty legs) at a 3.3 walk, 4.6 base pace, 5.3 push, and 6 all out. At times I almost felt slightly out of body and kept saying in my head at the end, "I don't know how this is happening!"

It is definitely a great buy within budget.Easy to move around and really fits the need well.Can hop on to it for a quick walk and keeps us going even when the weather is bad.
