It seems to me that retrograde time travel is impossible because it would violate the law of conservation of mass/energy. That is, if someone or something traveled backward to a previous time, then there would be less mass/energy in the universe from which they left, and more mass/energy in the universe to which they travel. Does this not violate the conservation laws? 🤔
