Logic vs emotion is one the most important lessons to learn. Once you start following logic instead of you emotions (which is usually insecurity) you can be more productive, and see things for what they are instead of what you perceive them to be.

We cant sit here and be spoon fed, and then expect good results, life doesn't work like that, my academy coaches played at some of the highest levels in football, they don't tell us to 'kick the ball like this' or 'follow this sequence of patterns' or 'when the whistle blows run at exactly this angle and do this', they tell us to get out there, practice kicking the ball as much as we can and repeat it every single day. THIS is what we need to do, go out and socialise as much as possible, talk to people get a feel for social situations, if you physically practice whether you make mistakes or not, you WILL see results.
