I have a bike pump next to my bed in case my girlfriend loses air. She likes it when I read before we fool around. Books are attractive.

I also highly recommend a home defense weapon of choice at the ready at your bedside and taking a course on proper use, if not familiar. Life experience has taught time and time again that we never know when it might be needed. All the best Courtney and Teddy.

As a bare minimalist, I don't even have a bedroom. I retire at the end of every single day in my SUV and all I have is [1] mattress & pillow, [2] fan, [3] small bin for clothes, and [4] gym bag. How long have I been doing this you ask? This November will be my 50th consecutive month. Live free, clutter-free

I consider my bedroom as my sanctuary where comfort and serenity are the master words.
It's not only a place where I sleep and dream, but also a place where I can rest, listen to peaceful music and think about my life so I can become a better version of myself.
Thank you for the video!

I like what Courtney said about bed sheets. She’s hardcore like my grandmother. She endorses washing bed sheets once a week. I wash my bed sheets every two weeks. I figured out my best routine when I was 18. I still work for the same company 18 years later. I’ve been there for half my life now. Every payday weekend I wash my bed sheets. Just bought new ones this month actually. As a bachelor I’ve learned that payday weekend is a good marker for routine chores such as washing bedsheets and vacuuming my car. The first weekend of the month is good for washing shower curtains and bath rugs and mopping bathroom floors. Just some tips I use.

I'm saving up to get some sweet rims for my racecar bed. As a grown man, I think its important to show that I care about my investments

Those advices are for all people important. Its always good to design your bedroom the way you feel most comforting. Sleep is extremely important for physical and mental health. Any little detail that helps creating the environment you need to relax and have a peaceful night is worth it... Even when its just a tiny thing like putting your phone away from nightstand or adding a plant.

Good video and keep the great work up, Miss Ryan ✌️

Great stuff, such a positive influence for guys out there. With your content I picture a bunch of guys hearing this and becoming a little more emotionally intelligent, a little more thoughtful, and a little classier. I listen just for ideas for how I could work on myself more as well. Thanks!

I have a flat, pancake pillow. But to be fair, I’ve been a stomach sleeper my entire life. Only in the past few years have I started waking up in the middle of the night and grabbing a second pillow for my side sleeping shift. That one has some quality neck support and keeps me from feeling my age in the morning!

Bonus one which I would personally recommend, a Reed Diffuser. Trust me, your girl would love it.

Bonus that I found and love. Get a water decanter with some matching glasses, just one or two will do. Fill it with water before bed. Its so nice to be able to wake up and just have water right there. No more morning cotton mouth, bad breath, and just general thirstiness. Also, keep lubricant with your protection, and make sure they can work together. Your bedroom activities will thank you.

I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for almost a decade and love it. But I had one guest who said that she missed the spring squeaking!

I would also recommend a nice desk and maybe a nice set of drawers or even a filing cabinet. Even if you don't have a personal, landline computer, simply getting various possessions and effects off of the floor and onto a higher plane or inside a space you aren't walking on will do you tons of good. And please throw out your water bottles and other trash, and please run the vacuum every so often. Even once a quarter, that will do you so much good.
