Katie of Dark Blue Nutrition (Dietitian and Personal Trainer) and Bethany of Pellwell Fitness (Health Coach and Personal Trainer) talk how to incorporate Intuitive fitness into your everyday exercise routine. In an essense, intuitive movement is all about finding an exercise routine that combines what you love, with what feels good and gets your body moving! When you move intuitively, you're tuning into your body's internal cues do decide: What type of workout do I want today? What does my body need? and Is today a day for rest?

It doesn't have to be a rigid schedule or an extreme bootcamp class every time you exercise. Intuitive fitness also means you get proper rest days, and are gentle with yourself when you need lighter workouts, or days off. It's not all or nothing!
