I goofed a bit on the "no opens since" segmentation in the demo. Here's how you do that: Type in "X days ago" and it will give you anyone who hasn't opened in that timeframe. What's cool about this is that it's dynamic, so it'll always show you the most recent no opens. You can do this with "any opens since" and "any clicks since." - Brandon
