For number 4 - if you increase the size of the terrain manipulator beam, your mining yields are much, MUCH lower. Use the smallest setting - it takes a long time, but you get vastly more resources.

Taylor could you do a video on how to get glyphs for the portals? I heard somewhere it was different now then it use to be and I just came back to the game with a brand new character after leaving NMS for about a year.

You can summon your ship to any landing pad on the planet the ship is on regardless of launch fuel due to the landing pad fuel “surplus” system which makes landing pads not cost fuel to take off from, apparently it applies to the ship itself after it despawns from the planet if you have made another ship your primary. Hope that helps to know.

I've found that A-Class and S-Class Explorers with the Hopper body will always yield at least one storage augmentation. You can pick up the A-Class ones in every 3-star Korvax system for about 1.2 - 1.5 million units. (So the net cost per storage augmentation is about 300-400k units, and you make nanites galore selling the modules). :)

As useful as the exocraft is I just wish there was another efficient way there are a lot of people who don't like them and thus don't use them. I still use maps since I never make exocraft. Also there's no benefit to ignoring flying and underwater creatures you're better to scan them for the nanites as there's a big bonus IF you scan ALL of them.
