Actually the last part of your video gave me a lot of hope, I could consider every time I try to handle misbehaviour (and mostly fail) as a learning experience rather than just a failure. Every time that happened I would beat myself up thinking that I'm not cut out for teaching, that I don't have any authority, but I will try to have a more positive attitude and see that as "becoming stronger". I need to keep a positive attitude because the students' misbehaviour makes me feel really sad, I need to cheer myself up.

Thank you so much! I've been a teacher for a few months. Sometimes I have a really hard time. especially when there are students who are testing my authority in the classroom. Instead of punishing, I try to support positive behaviors. but sometimes i have a hard time, like today. Now I started to watch of your videos about classroom management. I love my students and want to do what is best for them. this can be an extra stress factor from time to time. It's nice to know I'm not alone. The last part of the video encouraged me again.

The attitude I have always been lacking of... That's why for many years I didn't want to become a teacher even after receiving my honors degree in education.
