The Best Classroom Management Strategies for Middle School

After the chaos of 2020/21 it is more important than ever to establish good, solid classroom behavior expectations and policies from the very first day of school, but to do so with grace and compassion for what your students have been through. Great video and great classroom management strategy. I want to implement this with my students, but I have a couple of questions.
1)Do the points roll over to the next week? For example, if a student finished the week with 5 points, do they start the new week with 10 points?
2) Can students do certain tasks to earn more points?
3)Is there a reward for students that finish the week with a certain number of points?
