S.Pellegrino is owned by Nestle. This bottled water is comparatively high in fluoride.

"According to the water quality report, S.Pellegrino sparkling natural mineral water contains 0.47 ppm of fluoride. This would rank S.Pellegrino with some of the highest fluoride levels among the 178+ brands found at bottled water without fluoride. In fact, there are very few with more fluoride (Crystal Geyser and Arrowhead are the only ones that come to mind)."

Surgical Stainless Steel water bottles are excellent.

Saladmaster cookware is made out of surgical stainless steel.

Fluoride filter for the shower head now exists, it didn’t exist before. A 45 minute shower is equivalent to drinking the recommended amount of water per day, essentially it is best to have filtered water.

Thank you for this awesome video about water.

I know I am glad for your videos.. I truly am a water addict.

For those complaining:

Electrolytes are essential for basic life functioning, such as maintaining electrical neutrality in cells and generating and conducting action potentials in the nerves and muscles. Significant electrolytes include sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, calcium, phosphate, and bicarbonates. Electrolytes come from our food and fluids.

These electrolytes can be imbalanced, leading to high or low levels. High or low levels of electrolytes disrupt normal bodily functions and can lead to

I am a pharmacist, disabled at 45 from a failed back surgery with suicidal nerve pain. After a trial test of the implant to block pain signals by 80%, I was very excited to have that surgery. Tragically for me, the surgeon bruised my spinal cord causing incomplete paraplegia. I was just wondering how someone like me who really needs help and is suffering is also the one who can’t afford it? It’s just sad.

if your scared to lower your electrolites try making a sole solution with celtic sea salt ( fill a jar with 1/3 of celtic sea salt and top it of with water. shake until no more salt dissolves. that means the water is saturated. then put the jar in the fridge or a dark place don't touch it for 24 hours. then you can add a tablespoon of the solution in your water 1 or 2 times a day.) this will top up your electrolites.

Hi Doc. I've heard many years ago that plastic bottles are bad for you. Thank you for clarifying that. However, the filters and pipes used in the reverse osmosis filtration units, are all made from plastic. Further to that, the reservoir tank also contains a rubber bladder in which the water is stored temporarily until used.
Then there are the huge plastic reservoir tanks many households in my region are making use of due to intermitted water outages.
So, if we take into consideration all these plastic components, are plastic drinking bottles really the only contributor to adverse health effects?

My mom in Germany alerted me last year that San Pellegrino water has been found to actually be quite contaminated with radiation. If you want to trust the purity of water, German waters are highly regulated.
As far as acidity is concerned, I used test strips to test the waters I drink. The only two that were in balanced range was Gerolsteiner and Mountain Valley Spring Water from the US, the still version. The sparkling version is acidic. That's because of the added carbonation.

Umm, I've been drinking water, about two quarts per day, to three now, for the last 30 years. I'm almost 60 and I'm fine. Not overweight, no blood pressure issues or fainting issues. I only drink water, teas, and sometimes coffees. But no other beverages.

Great advise, I have recently been drinking extra water and it does not make me feel better than drinking at my body's signal to drink water.

1., Barring diseases and athletes, hyponatremia is rare, let alone being fatal. 2. Kidneys use liquids to rid the body of waste products, and drinking more (within reason) helps this process 3. He’s right about carbonated water.

Moved to the US as a kid so I have to distinct relationships with water. As a kid I knew exactly where my water came from, the sky. We collected rain water, used it for everything. Living in the US I have no idea where my water comes from or what's in it. Same for food, almost everything was grown at the house. Benefits of a farmer grandparent. Some other countries people are dying for water or making geopolitical moves for it. In America it might kill you if you're not careful.

My mother was told by a doctor to drink more water. Like everything she did she took it to the extreme. She was taken to hospital. Low sodium and electrolytes.

So what water are we supposed to put in our stainless steel bottles if we shouldn't use tap water?
I'm in my 80's and have been drinking tap water all my life....and will continue to do so.

I'm in Vancouver drinking lake water from the mountaintop protected by the govt and used to supply to the cities without filtering. Still, several years ago they built a huge filtration center down the mountains. still, I have used Brita jug with filter for 3 decades.
