To clarify this booster would not start my truck under 11 volts even when it lit solid green, which sometimes took feeding it multiple batteries for up to 20 minutes. Still, I think it's an interesting solution for smaller engines.

The design seems terrible. Too big to carry around in a vehicle. It doesn’t seem to fit under or behind a seat.
