Spot on, in the beginning I also did little to no carbs and got super shredded. As soon as I started adding healthy carbs my strength and size went up👌🏻

These tips are super helpful. I personally already did a bunch of these things, but it’s good to be reassured. I go for rep based workouts and not maxing. I also hit every muscle group twice a week. I take progress pics every day I can. I don’t take any pre or creatine either. Been going for a little over 7 months now.
