u can use skincare as long as it doesn't have retinol, vitamin c or anything bad. sheet masks and eye serums are fine, not active serums though. I'd recommend the ordinary serum as it's pretty cheap and works well. gua shas are completely safe too, but I agree with heavy makeup. you shouldn't do a lot.
EDIT: retinol and vitamin c should only be used when youre 25+. im not going to argue about it, youre welcome to ruin your skin.

You can use sheet masks, but definitely check what ingredients the mask has. If its just for hydration its okay, but if it contains vitamin c or something like it avoid it

sheet masks are good but for teens its best only 2 times a week. and if you have acne scars and cystic, fungal or acne prone skin you should use an active serum

I am 12 yr old and if ur like me who loves makeup a lot so don't worry just use these tips from which your skin doesn't get bad

- Always clean your makeup nicely at night
-always makesure prep your skin nicely before makeup
- you can u homemade face masks acc to ur skin type (before that do a patch test)
-always moisturise ur skin well
-and use good quality products if u can't afford then use makeup of less price but make sure to research on the product nicely that it doesn't contains any harmful chemicals ❤
