Thank you !!!! I usually eat some missing foods before the day I juice fast ( weekly once), so that the cells get time to clean off the load and rejuvenate ...
on the day I fast, I won’t do exercise .
Also, on a daily basis, to get rid off the cravings, I observed that having LAUNG or cloves is beneficial . It suppresses the desire to eat and its nature of giving warmth and spicy ness is little addictive . However it’s good for the microbes and it also acts like blood thinner .. I checked my sugars and they are under perfect control ... please evaluate and include this data if it’s useful ... appreciate ur review ...
