Thank you for this, I have a question:
Say I want to do this backup because I won't have access to that particular email address, will this work if I add that backup to a different outlook address or will I require to have the password access to the email address of which I madethe back-up?
It's a matter of having my contact database accesible after no longer being able to access the email in question.

I send my files to my email with a specific name. I want to copy these files. I type the name in and a list of e-mail shows up. Do I need to highlight these or just export them?

Thanks this video was very useful. I have a question though..I’m now trying to save my emails from my outlook on my desktop but have disconnected the internet to it. Do I need internet in order to do this back up as I can’t click on the import/export in file? Sorry I’m not computer savvy!
