I like that you can copy parts of your e-mail if you don't wish to backup all of it. What I have been doing is just copying the entire Outlook file (under Microsoft) and then just pasting it back in the same place if needed.

The procedure works. Does anyone call them "wizards" anymore? The update window seems to cycle repeatedly for a long time but hang in there, it eventually finishes. If you want a more direct route to your PST files they are in directory.
