How to backup and restore your email, contacts, and calendar with Microsoft Outlook

This video will show how to make a backup (exporting to a pst file) of your email, contacts, and calendar using Microsoft Outlook (for Windows) 2013, 2016, 2019 and Microsoft 365.
The video also includes the processes to restore your email, as well as opening de backup file (pst file) without restoring/importing the file.

Thank you Carlos. I was trying to figure out how to view and screen my outlook files. My files have a lot of duplicates in them and some are repeats of other files. You explanation of how to import them, view them, and then remove them back out of Outlook was just what I was looking for.
