How to Export and import Emails with the help of outlook

Exporting or backup of email accounts is copying original items to a file (.pst) where nothing leaves your currently Outlook setup. You still have access to your emails while the backup is running in the background.  
You will not just learn how to export your emails, but you will also learn how to import them back.

Nice vid, thanks man. I managed to export the data from another PC. Now i plugged my usb in another pc where I have the newest version of word. Unfortunately, in this new version I ain't got the "import" possibility. I can only export.... Can you help? PS: Subscribed.

There is no "File" on my outlook. I can't find it. Have they removed that layout?
