Hey, this is a good tutorial. As someone new to coding and game development I've heard people saying this is the future of UI in Unity, although it seems incredibly complex to me. So far, to me it seems like the old GUI system was much more simple. I feel like I can study from and learn from your tutorial, though--what I'm wondering now is how it's possible to create drag and drop elements using the UI Toolkit.
