Former LE here - it’s not that “all the cops” were conspiring - it’s that one cop followed his bias, broke chain of command, broke privacy laws, did not obtain evidence in a proper manner and the rest of them went along with it because it’s the “good ole boy” system AND because there is a ton of liability balancing on the credibility of this one investigator & if they show any lack of support in this case, they will have to admit doubt in other cases. They would rather convict the innocent than to admit wrong doing.

And the other less obvious issue with tainting this investigation to this extreme isn’t just losing a court case, you prevent real justice for the victim and his family because if she is guilty, she can never be tired on this again & if she’s not guilty, the real murderer walks free.

Accountability in law enforcement isn’t about making cops look bad, it’s about making sure justice is delivered for the victims.

The first sentence in this show is absolutely incorrect. It’s important to get the facts correct! The tail light pieces were NOT found in John’s clothing…several pieces were found 12 hours after the unsecured scene was left all day by the state troopers. There were 5 other undocumented searches in subsequent days from Trooper Proctor & other few state troopers and Canton chief of police that turned up another 39 pieces of tail light. These pieces were supposedly missed by the CERT team who combed through the stow mythically the day his body was found. If the first sentence is grossly incorrect, it makes me wonder what other facts I’ve assumed in prior shows about different cases I have assumed were true but just didn’t know much about. That’s scary….Im disappointed.

Nancy is the kind of woman to call someone guilty even after an acquittal. She’s lost all credibility to speak on this trial for me so I’ll go back to my status of never watching her ever. At least watch a trial that you get paid to comment on. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I came back on to see if she actually watched this trial and I can tell you, having watched the trial every day from start to finish, that she has not.

Did you watch this trial Nancy? You aren’t even reporting what’s happening in the trial correctly. I watch everyday and knew nothing about the case so I could watch as a “juror”. This PA has a terrible case! You seem to forget we live in a country where you are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Your attitude about democracy is frankly scary.
